The Parish Council wishes to note the receipt of the Outline Planning Application notice for 250 homes behind New Street, and that this will be discussed at the September Parish Council meeting.

I hope common sense prevails and this destructive application is thrown out! How many more fields are we going to lose to South Gloucestershire’s hatred of green areas! All they do is build, build, build. Theo thought of 250 more Council Tax payers is enough to dig up5 fields!

We do want sufficient free car parking close to the railway station though to avoid our streets becoming clogged up with cars &/or the need for a residents parking scheme.
